I feel your pain. In our case i actually don't think it was the app. When her account was locked yesterday i went online and looked up her reservations to make sure they weren't canceled. That's the first time i noticed that her IB+ number was missing. Anyways, i figure i will go in and re add them now, guess it couldn't hurt and may speed up the process down the road.
