Asked them to check on it and my contact assured me that the event was posted properly. Did not get the Rewarding Event Email, though I did get nights last month without the accompanying email from Rewarding Events.
Guess I will wait and see if anyone else is seeing this before I escalate.
If it was me, I'd get them to acknowledge they know of and used the Group Posting Tool specifically. They have other ways to post MR benefits but they don't trigger the 10 nights from MR so saying "posted properly" is not adequate.
