if it is true, it is very disappointing that IB changing the T&C after customers buy the tickers. I think IB should provide method to refund the ticker without charges.

Yes, i got the same error after IB update the website design ~2months ago.

Although iberia has stated on Twitter/Facebook, they may change/add some rules in the T&C when too many customers join the promotion.
