Very true... Asking the property anything about what MR does is a lost cause. Their attention is focused on what they do and not what happens outside their office. All too often people will stop at the point of where they can say no to a request. Learning how to ask and what not to say will get you further towards your goal. Keep the request simple and phrased in an way that saying yes is in their favor is best.
