I just called MVCI and you’re absolutely correct! I forgot about the UA bump up in miles. Thank You.

I just upgraded my 5 night TP from a cat 5 to a cat 7. I had to do it with a Rewards Rep since the MVCI rep said she couldn’t do it.

Then I ordered another for one someone to travel with me.

So now I have 2 cat 7 TPs and 264,000 UA frequent flyer miles.

Heres the thing, and I could be mistaken, the rewards rep charged me 45,000 points for the initial upgrade from Cat 5 to Cat 7. It should have been 35,000 points not 45,000 MRP. Am I correct?
