Escalate to MR to get the property informed. There are two different programs, one for booking a block of rooms and one for booking meetings. Just like a lot of CSR types, they stop reading once they find a reason to say no. Also, know the property has NO say on if the nights get posted (they are ponied up by MR) other than by not using the GPT. If you feel you can get them to use the GPT regardless what they think then the battle should be over.
