Wyndham/Barclay not getting referrals
On June 5, I received an offer of 6K Wyndham points for each referral I sent them who applied for and received a Wyndham card. I have four people who are interested. I sent their emails in via the provided link, one email at a time as I learned they were interested. I received a "thanks for the referral" response from Barclay. Only one of them has heard from Barclay in the form of an invitation to reply. None of them have a block on Barclay, at least one of them has cards with Barclay. I have called four times - the first time on the phone for an hour and 55 minutes - and keep getting the runaround. I at least have a case #, but the promises to return with some answers are not being kept. The cards have to be applied to and okayed by June 28. No, the responses aren't in their spam boxes, either. Anyone else have the problem? Anyone else have the answer? Getting rather frustrated.... Thanks!
