American Airlines currently (2018) offers two versions of the Boeing 757-200:

24 International version “75L” aircraft with:

16 Rockwell Collins (previously B/E Aerospace) Diamond Parallel lie horizontally flat seats in pairs
160 Main Cabin seats, including 52 Main Cabin Extra seats
Power in J, MCE
Overhead shared monitors, tablets in longhaul J
A very few offer WiFi
These are operated on medium haul Atlantic and America’s International flights and domestic flights (except Hawaii)

10 Legacy US (ex US Airways “East”) aircraft with:

12 recliner domestic first class seats
176 Main Cabin seats, including MCE
Overhead monitors for IFE
No at-seat power, no WiFi
These aircraft are used between Phoenix / PHX and Hawaii exclusively
