For those of us who just created the account and made the bookings but Iberia number doesn’t show up in Manage Bookings, I just called them wanting to add the number for my 10 bookings and 10 for my friend.
After telling the call agent 3 ticket numbers, he stopped me and told me the number will only appear in all system after 24-48 hours. And it should automatically be added once that’s done. But I should call back on monday to double confirm that my tickets are attached with my Iberia number, and the bonus miles will be posted subsequently.
I don’t know why he asked for 3 ticket number first before telling me that, but at least it sounds like they will honor the promotion despite the system constraint. The conversation we had was a bit confusing and the agent a bit impatient probably due to calling them about this promotion.
