Atsuyaki Tamago OP is referring to is not specific to high end restaurant, it just happen that OP had it at high end restaurant. At Nichinan region of Miyazaki it is sold commonly at stores and can be bought at a gift shop at Miyazaki Airport for take home. It is available at various websites for purchase online to be shipped to OP's hotel, although many of those websites are in Japanese only.
