The first time I had the poached eggs I was thinking, how can they poach eggs in a plane?! And low and behold they arrived hard boiled. So I was like ah, "poached" just means hard boiled.
Well... On my flight last week I ordered it again. And what would you know they came perfectly poached! Delicious.
The bread selection that air nz offers is delicious. I love the garlic and olive bread.
