I had this a couple of months ago at the San Francisco Marriott Fisherman's Wharf. This particular property has never used the group posting tool for anyone. They posted all of the points associated with events at their property as if they were service recovery points. The sales director was quite apologetic as she said she never knew about the right way to do it.
