Can I ask why this matters if an MR associate can tell you how many years earned status you've accumulated and how many points you've earned on a lifetime basis? After all, this is what the system is reading and is accounting for, so that is what really matters.

#45 are proprietary information that cannot be revealed. It would be the same for this as well, so your best bets are: 1) find out what your lifetime needs are at MR/RCR and/or SPG if you want to know immediately or 2) wait until you can do self-service online after August.
