The only problem one can run into is during Peak times that the cars are already spoken for so rates will be higher just as anywhere here in the US. Would appreciate a follow up on how Noachs rates stacked up
Yeah, I got a good quote from NoachCar:

Kia Picanto/Hyundai i10 automatic class is $22 per day
Nissan Micra /Hyundai i20 automatic class is $23 per day
Mazda2 /Ford Fiesta automatic class is $24 per day
Hyundai Accent i25 automatic class is $26 per day
Mazda3/Toyota Corolla 1.6 automatic class is $28 per day
Ford Focus Tourer/ Kia Ceed Station Wagon 1.6 automatic class is $30 per day

Below please find the costs for a 4-5 day rental:

Kia Picanto/Hyundai i10 automatic class is $23 per day
Nissan Micra /Hyundai i20 automatic class is $24 per day
Mazda2 /Ford Fiesta automatic class is $25 per day
Hyundai Accent i25 automatic class is $28 per day
Mazda3/Toyota Corolla 1.6 automatic class is $30 per day
Ford Focus Tourer/ Kia Ceed Station Wagon 1.6 automatic class is $32 per day

Rates are total and include the Liability 3rd party insurance that is a must, unlimited km and 2nd driver free.
This is with your credit card covering the collision insurance (like Chase Sapphire card etc).

Airport service fee is $39.5-$42 one time per rental on top of the above.
Rates do not include the 17% VAT that tourists are not charged.

Payment is at pickup time
You can cancel any time

In Israel there is the basic rental cost and then the insurance part. the CDW-Collision, TP-Theft and LI-Liability 3rd party, these 3 are a must (mandatory).
Some credit cards cover CDW &TP for car rental also in Israel, Often the rental company requires a written proof at pickup time from the credit company that the card actually covers CDW in Israel. However you still need to have the LI insurance part, as no card covers it. Please note that the LI-Liability 3rd party is already included in our offer.
Do you know if Chase Sapphire Reserve covers CDW and TP or just CDW?
From Chase:

Coverage Amount/Period

  • Up to $75,000
  • Vehicle rental periods that do not exceed nor intend to exceed 31 consecutive days

What's Covered

  • Physical damage and/or theft of covered rental vehicle - is that TP?
  • Reasonable and customary towing charges related to a covered loss to take the vehicle to the nearest qualified repair facility
  • Valid loss-of-use charges incurred by the rental car agency
