It also depends on which part of B and C you are in. If you land at the NE Banjo B-85-88 and you are flying out of C-teens, you can just walk, it will be just as quick as the tram since those areas are now connected airside. Check the airport map to confirm where your gates are. You will not have any free time but if all is on time you should make it.
