PS: I talked with some internal sources and can confirm First is used for crew rest on these flights.
As mentioned earlier, on the ZRH-PVG flights both cabin and cockpit crews need to have proper rest times, hence on these flights the whole F cabin will be used as crew rest. On flights to JNB and I think also PEK only the cockpit crew requires full resting time, hence 7/8 F seats are available for purchase and one is blocked off used as pilot rest (2K I think it is)
