My uncle has some miles that he has not used and he is letting me use them for an award ticket, he is a little bit old and does not have any credit card anymore. I've read that when you book an award ticket with AA the credit card also needs to be under the same name (and address?), so was wondering in getting him one a prepaid card. Has anyone had any success with them? If so which would would you recommend?

Was tempted in getting him an Amex prepaid card with 200 USD but thought I'd ask here. I've Chase and Amex Platinum.
