The onboard vegetarian breakfast is different from the pre-ordered vegetarian meal. If you would actually be OK with full English I wouldn't order. If you are in the first few rows then again you should be fine. If you really don't like bacon and sausage and you are in the rear section of CE then you best pre-order (and eat up in the lounge).
It used to be different, but not anymore.
On my last 6 flights the pre-ordered CE vegetarian meal was exactly the same as the second (non-English breakfast) offered on board.
