I would go for one of the row 5 seats if it was me.

This is not a flight I normally sleep much on, as I don't want to arrive home at 20:30 feeling super well rested.. . But being in row 5 is just a far more private option.

If you have a good pair of noise cancellation head phones, even sitting in the row with the engines is not a big problem for flights where you are awake. I often find that even lowest volume setting on the IFE is loud enough. Unfortunately sleeping with the NC headphones rarely work well....
