At least 3, but:
1. Amex MR transfers, but at a poor transfer ratio (as
OhDoctor already pointed out).
2. Diners Club Club Rewards transfers at a much better ratio, but you can't apply for a Diners Club US card if you don't already have one.
3. Amtrak Guest Rewards transfer to Choice, but only for those with elite status at Amtrak.
As to earning, you can earn on
Avis/Budget car rentals, though I seem to recall that you have to sign up for their rental program and log in before you select to earn with a partner (whether that's an airline or a hotel program such as Choice). Double check in the Avis forum about that if you're interested.
