I disagree strongly that "UA was quick to remove tomato juice."
It was likely in planning for far longer than either the announcement or when it was actually removed. Supply chains in catering have months of lead time sometimes for certain things. It is virtually impossible to make a quick decision to either remove or add a product within days or even a couple weeks.
