I got the Mk3 a few months ago - very, very happy about it. Not a replacement for my DSLR (Nikon D7000) and its fast primes, but covers 80% of my needs. And as it's small, it can be 100% of the time with me. As the current version is the Mk5, this is now two generations old and so is cheap.
The lens is very good and fast, the UI is also good. 'and most important - the IQ is excellent, even if just shooting jpeg.
Two things I couldn't foresee to appreciate much, but I do - the EVF and (funnily) the hinged screen and its "selfie" setting. It works as a simple to operate 3 seconds shutter delay.
