All the chase cards were used at least once in last 12 months (such a Marriott for Marriott stay)
(most of us have fee free cards that we have not used in ages sitting in drawers)
No political or irregular charity contribution or any suspicious or corny charge on ANY card.
Since he does not have checking/savings account with chase, they will not know of his any non-chase activities. But there is nothing (dumped all banking and all credit card transaction to quikbooks and reviewed the consolidation -nothing there out of ordinary)
Something triggered and only for chase (as amex/citi/barclays are fine)
Have checked out credit reports as I suspected identity theft. But reports have no new cards.
Could be a system generated error? Wouldn't some human actually review stuff before closing down relationship in this manner?
At this point I am more worried as a JPM shareholder than Chase client. Something doesn't add up.
