I had requested a SWU via the EXP desk. At the airport I was
#4 on the waitlist, so I asked the gate agent to confirm if my SWU request had been registered. She didn't know what a Systemwide Upgrade is, but told me 3 "VIP" upgrades are in front of me so all is as it should be.
What are those VIP upgrades? Is that a real thing?
