This stay was pre-paid, partly with points (2/3) and with cash (1/3) + of couse on-site extras (restaurant and bar) paid in cash at check-out. Every single time I am in this configuration, the points are posted incorrectly...

My last weekend stay at Novotel Singapore on Stevens I got 38 status points and 18 accelerator points. Yes, I use some points to pay also but I am still paying around SGD220 with around 40+ wiorth of taxed
I think there is system wide problem. If I did not see you post, I thought this NSS just do not know how to handle the posting of multiple room. I wrote to them, they told me there is some system glitch and they have rectified it through manual post.
