The KL comparison is silly.
Unless you can point to a specific problem with the service speed on your specific route and aircraft, it doesn't matter than some other carrier does on some other route.
The mileage and time in flight are largely irrelevant. What matters is the amount of time at level flight when cabin crew can safely conduct a service, collect service items and then prepare the cabin for arrival.
