No idea, but it is never a good thing to shoot at absolute minimum, which us10++ is only empirically known, and not published, IHG could easily make higher next year

Even more so bad idea, in that unlike under old 60/20/3 (75/30/3) targets, if you fail/miss-out by $50 in 2018, you can't simply stay early Jan to correct, or spend 10k in jan+Feb on IC stays
i)only spend Jan-Dec counts
ii)RA only processed once per year, which annoyingly if one drops RA sdtatus, means a load of IC nights in Jan-July costing 10k++ to hit target won't get you immediate RA like in the past when could qualify 365days a year.
