The problem is that the passenger name is very different from that of a passport (or passports), or visa issued, or ETA.
The promlem at hand is that a pax has a somewhat different name in ticket and in passport. You came up with another issue of visa and I replied that as long as there’s a 100% match between visa and passport that pax shouldn’t have a problem in this regards even with the somewhat different name in ticket.
