Anybody have any experience with this yet?

DL ticketed KL operated flight posted.. .wait for it... as a KL flight and earnings based on € spent. Called the Platinum Line at the time but they said this was correct. I know it's not because of the quote below. Submitted an online form on the Flying Blue website but to date no response yet from "The Elite Plus Team" (almost a month). What's the matter with that?

****The marketing carrier

Look for the two-digit code that precedes your flight number. This prefix tells you the marketing carrier of your flight, which indicates the earning scheme for your flight. If the prefix indicates Air France (for example, AF 006) or KLM (KL 0641) or HOP! (A5), you will earn Miles based on the ticket price, not on the distance. If the prefix indicates a Flying Blue airline partner, you will earn Miles according to that airline partner’s earning scheme. For example, KQ 0123 indicates your marketing carrier is Kenya Airways. You would need to check Kenya Airways’ earning scheme to find out how many Miles you would earn, even if your flight is operated by another airline such as Air France or KLM.
Additionally I also paid to upgrade this flight but was told no miles would be earned. Clearly it states the following also on the flying blue website...

  • For last minute paid upgrades on the flights indicated below, and for technical reasons that should be resolved in the course of 2018, Miles accrual is not automatic. If all conditions are met at the time a member claims Miles on upgrades, a manual credit will be provided. Flights concerned are: Air France & KLM-marketed and operated flights departing from ATL (Atlanta); Air France marketed and operating flights departing from DTW (Detroit) and MSP (Minneapolis); KLM marketing and operating flights departing from JFK (New York JFK) and SLC (Salt Lake City)
