Out of that list I would pick 53A with no hesitation. However, some people seem to be bothered by galley noise there, but I use NC headsets, or ear plugs while sleeping and have not been bothered in that manner. Occasionally you might get a little light pollution from the galley but that's what eye shades are for! Great seat, plenty of storage, probably the first off the upper deck and you have direct aisle access (no stepping over someone to get out.) IMHO it is the second best CW seat on the A380.
Cannot speak to the new bedding as that is not my usual (or even unusual) route.
