Booked a London Superior, got a One Bedroom Suite.

How are the rooms?
Great. Obviously huge compared with expectations. Modern, fresh.

How is the exec. lounge?
Didn’t use

What was good and what was bad?
+ Staff - all fantastic
+ Upgrade - unexpected several levels on my first ever stay
+ Location, close to tube, Piccadilly, Mayfair, Hyde Park etc etc
+ Taxi rank at the front door, super useful if (when) it rains
+ Generous with Spire freebie drinks : )
- (minor) Was put on a floor undergoing renovations without warning, but only minor impact (plastic sheets on floor in corridors) and no noise.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Yes, already book next stay - it’s my new go-to in London. Previously Renaissance St Pancras, which is also wonderful.
