I'm pretty certain it is just the seat, service nominally the same as the rest of the aircraft. Obviously also being at the front of the aircraft and having access to a likely less busy toilet at the front of the plane are coincidental benefits of being seated in the front cabin.
Do your homework on seat selection - Not all seats are created equally!
