So on the PDX, it's got to the point when all the sensible availability for some flights have gone and I'm left with the 7am from Jersey and 6am from JFK to LAX.
A bit off topic, but still I think relevant to TP runs, any hints and tips about such early flights? Personally I try to avoid them to the point I won't book the run. I will do an overnight before and during runs which are relatively early and check in three hours before a flight, but I mean a 6am means I'm typically going to be getting up at 3am to get ready and to the airport at 4am. At that time I guess the lounges are closed, everything is closed.
I can see a JFK arrival at 8pm and leaving at 6am being not that bad, because of jet lag, it feels like home so it's 1am, and 11am at home, so just deal with it like that...
