I'm a bit confused by the question -- Why is the GM on M fare eligible for PN? is the GPU from a GS member? Otherwise, the GM is awaiting for R space.
If this is a GS supported upgrade, PN space will open up prior to R space and it is believed the PN waitlist will be cleared prior to R space opening up,
