I've just booked my seat on a flight from Nashville to London with British Airways on a 787-8.
I paid to get an exit row, row 30 on my way back. I cannot tell from pictures, but does this row have the same in seat entertainment as the other rows since there is no seat in front of you? Also is there some type of tray for food and drink?

Both tray and screen will be fold out units built into the side of the seat in these rows. You'll have both don't worry
Per the information at the start of the thread, 30A and K are not recommended as the emergency exit door infringes somewhat. B/J are better options.
