You keep the offer you applied under, including the spending limit. However, they give you XX,000 bonus miles as a courtesy after your next statement closes.
The most they will give you is 20,000 but the highest offer they will match is 75K. So you could match the 70K or 60 K to 75K or the 50K to 70K.
