If she is flying in J, she'll have access to the AA Flagship Lounge and OW Business Lounge in LAX, then the Flagship Lounge again in ORD, all better than a domestic Admiral's Club.
She'll also have access to the AA Flagship Lounge in LAX, which is a very nice lounge, and closer to the AA gates.
