If you read the written decision, it applies only to so-called "wildcat" strikes and not those which are called through the oddball European trade union process. This entire on-again and off-gain strike situation in France and affecting AF is of the latter sort. Nothing in the most recent decision helps people in OP's situation. In fact, it's particularly unhelpful.
