I flew the 787 and 777 back to back (within 2 hours of each other) and there is a marked difference between the two. 777 was definitely less humid but I really ccouldn't notice the difference in air pressure. My nose and throat were more normal flying the 787. Sleep couldn't be compared since I had my own row on the 787 vs bulkhead seat on 777.
