I will agree with the post above that the 787 on the SFO-SIN flight seemed to be pretty comfortable in the cabin. I have a hard time determining whether it really helped with jet lag though since I'm usually in 777 or 767's on much, much shorter flights. I actually think I felt better on the old 14-hour ORD-HKG flights on 747's (this was awhile ago) than on the 787, but I chalk that up to a more favorable late-afternoon arrival time.
