Will WN allow initial check-in of luggage after Customs from another airline or will OP have to go to terminal E ticketing counter? If yes, then airside transit via inter-terminal bus. If not, then must go to terminal E to check luggage. WN has a very limited international footprint and doesn’t inter-line with AA.
My my point was a 2 hour transfer from international to domestic on separate tickets is very tight if WN requires OP to exit landside and get to terminal E.
