The reason TK credits so "crap" to M&M is that Lufthansa's hackles are up for the moves that TK made in the Germany market. LH sees TK as an aggressive competitor, and not one that it wishes to reward its flyers for defecting to (so you'd think they'd make their programme more palatable
).
