Hi,
I have a very weird situation which I can't understand why I can't upgrade the ticket which I purchased between DUS-ATH. It is booked in J class (economy) via an OTA. I called and I was told that this is a special fare ticket which cannot be upgraded, which is strange since this ticket earns 100% miles under the program. Also the agent further mentioned that there is no fare on this ticket and I only paid taxes (which is also not true since there is a value on the ticket).
Anyone can enlighten me on this situation?
