By the strict interpretation of the words, you are correct. But that's not how the gate keepers of the lounge interpret it (or at least if they are doing their job correctly!). If you are coming off a *A flight and you are UA Gold or higher, you may enter the UA lounge at the arrival airport. (You might have a bit of a fight if you then connect to *another* airport and try using the UA lounge there, but I think at least in spirit it should be allowed!)
