I noticed yesterday that mine are missing from the app also (Android, version 4.11). "My Wallet" only includes my virtual DM card, Stored Payment Methods, and Receipts, even after closing/re-opening the app, force stop, and login/logout.
I thought I remembered seeing a thread that speculated that maybe the app "knew" if your next flight was in C+/F and you wouldn't need the coupons but I can't find that thread today, and I find that extremely dubious because it's needless complicated and not the sort of thing you'd expect from their IT...
