JAL manager talked about curry served at JAL lounges in an interview on Japanese magazine.
Curry served at JAL Lounges are house made, made from scratch using variety of combination of spices. Does not use store sold a block curry base.
Spice combinations are changed slightly every three to four months so that frequent flyers will not get tired of the taste.
