No, there's nothing I would - or could - change. I made it as easy for myself as I could. If you enjoy flying, airport lounges and hotels you'll love it!
I wouldn't recommend four nights in Phoenix, though; it's a rather uninteresting place. Go somewhere more inspiring, or hire a car and drive.
If you're at or near the airport and have a few hours to kill, I'd recommend the little city of Tempe, which is 3 stops ($2) on the light rail. It's a sweet little place and full of character.
