Well, according to ITAmatrix, the taxes are exactly the same in each class. I checked BRU-ATH and BRU-ATH-TLV in case that made a difference. So I would contact them for clarification. The only A3 routes I'm aware of (although there are probably more) that charge extra tax for C class are LHR-ATH and CDG-ATH. Currently it's an extra 13.82 Euro from LHR and 10.14 Euro from CDG (again, data from ITAmatrix).
O well, I guess she meant it for Beirut Airport, which makes sense because I actually meant I upgraded BEY-ATH-BRU and had the opportunity to use the crappy Lounge in BEY.
