It's weird that they would do this. Previously, the row numbers would allow one to quickly identify anything special about a row regardless of (737) aircraft.

Former pattern:
1-4 - First class
6-10 - Premium
11-14 - Regular Y
15 - non-reclining row ahead of exit
16 - non-reclining exit
17 - reclining exit
18-inf - Regular Y

The former pattern of skipping Row 10 on 900/ER aircraft made sense as it kept fleet consistency.
