The Trop's treatment of HH elites is pitiful. Upgrades are near nonexistent (I've only received an upgrade to a corner room once), the breakfast benefit covers half the cost of the breakfast buffet, and they charge a resort fee for many things that we should get gratis anyway. Out of habit and circumstance, I'm a Hilton loyalist, but staying here always tempts me to throw more dollars to SPG/Marriott and Hyatt.
